1. Who is eligible?

Almost anyone can be a part of our customer referral program. You just need to be a current Tomberlin owner in good standing and over the age of 18. Tomberlin dealers and dealer personnel are not eligible.

2. What is a valid referral?

A valid referral is considered a named contact with current contact information who is interested in making a purchase.

3. What if my referral is already a contact?

We appreciate your referral and suggest that you continue to refer other contacts.

4. Do I need to know the person I’m referring?

While we will not keep you from referring anyone to us we highly recommend you know the person you refer. This is mainly because it is less likely that if a stranger is referred they will purchase, and therefore, less likely for you to be rewarded.

5. How will I know if my referral is successful?

Your My Account page will keep you updated on the status of your referrals. In addition, you will receive an email if a referral’s status changes for any reason.

6. Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

There is no limit on how many people you can refer but you should always consider whether this person is right for our business.

7. Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can receive?

No, but if you receive $599 dollars or more in rewards you will have to fill out a W9 to continue receiving rewards.
